Fine Dining – Kentucky Derby

This month we had so much fun with Fine Dining.  Our theme was Kentucky Derby.  The tenants celebrated by dressing up and enjoying an incredible meal.

The Menu was: Kentucky Burgoo Stew with Cornbread~Burbon Chicken or Creole Shrimp~ Served with Potato O’Brien or Rice~Collard greens and Okra Derby Pie or Diced Fruit
