Meet this months Employee of the month Jess Farella!  Jess started working with us as a volunteer when her Grandma lived with is.  She has such an incredibly positive attitude and helps everywhere and anywhere she is needed!

Jess has a background in corrections and parole with the Federal Government.  She is currently attending the University of Ottawa, where she will return in the fall.  She is our Life Enrichment Co Ordinator at the Royal Suites and helps with our sister property in Ottawa.

Jess has recently accepted a position with our Corporation Trivida as the Complaints & Compliance Officer where she will manage RHRA compliance in all of our properties.  We are so lucky to have her as part of our team!
