Royal Suites residents experienced the land of everyday rainbows at this months fine dining event. Aloha spirit was in the air and the Culinary Team served up a Hawaiian cuisine that was as delicious, as it was beautiful. Shrimp cocktail, smoked ham with pineapple, citrus glazed salmon, roasted yams with summer vegetable medley and rice were on the dinner menu. The finale was a coconut cream pie decorated with edible flowers. Ukulele strums, hula sways, and pretty leis brightened the dining room while Stephen Goodberry and Debra sang the songs we know and love.
