The Royal Suites residents were All In at this month’s Casino fine dining event. Afternoon fun and games ushered the High Rolls into dining and dancing to the live music of Ron Edgeley. The Culinary team served up a VIP feast beginning with a crisp arugula salad, granny smith apples, toasted walnuts and feta cheese with a lemon vinaigrette. Slow roasted prime rib topped with demi glace served with garlic shrimp Upped the Ante before they Sweetened the Pot with a delicious Chocolate swirl cheesecake.
