On a snowy Wednesday, the residents from The Royal Suites were sailing into “Cruise week” with a musical Happy Hour provided by Parnie Nolan.

For snacks we amped up the theme with the help of our Co-op student Mekenzie, who served some chips, salsa and a warm queso cheese dip that I am told paired perfectly with the refreshments.

Some residents sang along, while some clapped their hands or tapped their feet to the beat. Some of tunes included “Crystal chandelier”, “Delta Dawn”, “When the saints go marching in” & “I will wait for you”.
