Cajun food and rolling good tunes were the main attraction last night as the residents enjoyed a New Orleans style Fine Dining event. Craw fish/corn/cheddar dip, Chicken in sausage Etouffee, Blackened Catfish, Red beans and Rice collard greens, Diced fruit and Pecan pie were on the menu. Great food, fabulous outfits, fun photo opportunities and bringing in his musical talent was Mark Brunet.
