About Us
The Royal Suites Philosophy
The Royal Suites is locally owned and operated by the same leadership group that manages the prestigious Royal Brock Retirement Living. Focusing on two core principles, owners Tom Gallivan of Gallivan Developments in Ottawa, and Alan Clausi, a respected Ottawa lawyer, have created more than a building that you live in. They have created choice. Custom tailored services are available to all residents, backed by the ultimate objective with an unparalleled quality of options, custom designed to their lifestyles.
The Royal Suites philosophy is simple. Affordable choices and a la carte services that compliment the requirements of 55+ living. Each suite is wonderfully appointed with quality materials, and then adding the variety of services and amenities, you can create the carefree and social lifestyle that you want during this phase of your life.
