Staying Active at The Royal Suites

Stay Active and Thrive at The Royal Suites

At The Royal Suites, we believe that staying active is one of the most important parts of healthy aging. Movement supports strength, balance, mobility, and overall wellbeing — and it can also be a wonderful way to connect with others and have fun.

That’s why we offer a wide variety of fitness and movement classes designed to suit different interests and ability levels. With five days a week dedicated to guided activities, residents have many opportunities to stay engaged and keep moving.

Our weekly classes include options such as strength training, chair yoga, and dancercise. Strength training helps build and maintain muscle, supporting independence and everyday activities. Chair yoga offers gentle stretching and flexibility exercises that improve mobility and relaxation. For those who enjoy something a little more energetic, dancercise combines music and movement for a fun and uplifting workout.

With these classes offered throughout the week, residents have the chance to participate in directed movement five days a week, creating a consistent and supportive routine for physical activity.

Beyond our group classes, residents also enjoy access to our indoor pool and fitness gym, providing even more ways to stay active. Whether it’s swimming, exercising independently, or joining a class with friends, there are many options to keep moving in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

At The Royal Suites, we understand that movement becomes even more important as we age. Regular physical activity can help improve balance, increase strength, boost energy, and support overall health and confidence.

With a vibrant community, a range of fitness opportunities, and spaces designed for wellness, The Royal Suites is truly a place where residents can stay active, feel their best, and enjoy every day.
