Last Night The Royal Suites hosted its monthly themed Fine Dining Event. The residents travelled to Mexico for a Cinco De Mayo themed dinner that included, an appetizer of cooked salmon ceviche’, a choice of Braised Beef Enchiladas or Cilantro Lime Chicken, with baby corn and Mexican sweet potatoes. For dessert, a cuadrado de mousse de limon. ( Lemon Mousse Square) that left the residents saying MAS’!!!

Jumpin’ Jimmy preformed some classic country songs after dinner to get the residents el movimiento en baile (Dancing) !  The FIESTA continued into the night even after staff went home!
