“Spring Fling”: Fine Dining
Last Wednesday, The Residents took part of their monthly themed Fine Dining Event. Mays theme was “Spring Fling”. Every month The Residents enjoys a three course dinner prepared by The Royal Brocks’ kitchen team, led by their Red Seal Chef Erik.
The Residents Enjoyed a house made creamy Spinach Dip as a appetizer. For their main course they chose between Chicken Cordon Bleu or AAA Beef sliced to order with a demi glace’. They received fingerling potatoes and broccoli as their sides and for dessert? A slice of house made apple crumble pie with a slice of cheddar cheese on top. The Lounge was alive with with sounds of everyone complimenting the chef and his team!
After dinner Peter Foret entertained the crowd with his renditions of “sing songs” and even got The Residents to join in on singing a few of them! What a way to Celebrate Spring!!
