Fine Dining December 2020
Last night we enjoyed an incredible meal and even better company! The tenants enjoyed a choice of prime rib with yorkshire pudding or panko crusted salmon served with mashed potatoes and carrots and a delicious dessert of eggnog cheesecake for desert. Check out the gallery of photos below.

Today we enjoyed some delicious eggnog and some painting instruction , while listening to Christmas music by the tree. Our attempts brought on more laughter than anything. It made for a fun afternoon!

We had an incredible Italian Fine Dining Event. The tenants enjoy this event every month. The menu was sliced baguette topped with mushroom and onion ragu, a choice of spinach and ricotta cannelloni or baked chicken with brie served with roasted vegetables and risotto. The desert was a big hit! Lemon yogurt torte.
